Do Your Part.

I think it was the old commericals that really got me interested in Earth Day. I love the outdoors. I used to set in the grass or in the woods and look around for anything unusual. I would play in the creak and pick all the lucky stones I could find. My Grandpap and my Dad would take me into the woods and point out different things to teach me all about the forest. My Dad loved trees, as I do, and would tell me what tree was what. I was little, only 8 or 9 yrs. old, but I can still remember which tree he showed me. As I became an adult, I never lost interest. When my son was in 9th grade and he had to do a leaf report, I would remember where the leaf was that he needed because of my dad showing me all those years ago. My Motto. "Take time to look around, don't let life pass you by." Jackie

you have a great website
I love nature and the outdoors. There's a bog near where we live called Sifton Bog and we go there sometimes. I really enjoy going there. My mom also loves nature and spent much of her childhood outdoors near creeks and woods. I love creeks and trees.
